DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

We GUARANTEE your satisfaction, so if for any reason you are not pleased with our services notify us within 24 hours of service date and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost!

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR MY CLEANINGS?

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY CLEANING DAY?

We ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other items of clutter before our arrival so we can focus our efforts on cleaning your home to the best of its potential! We ask that sinks be emptied in order to fill/empty buckets & be polished. 

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR SERVICES?

No, Mrs. Clean Team provides all cleaners, dusters, vacuuming and mops. 
*If you prefer a certain product for a specific area of your home - please include those details when requesting a quote. 

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

Yes, rates are hourly.

A $25 deposit to hold your date is due upon scheduling and will go towards final payment.  Final payment will be due the day of service. All payments can be made payable via Cash, Zelle or Cashapp.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For cancellations or reschedules, please give The Mrs. Clean team 24 hours notice.  All deposits received will be transferrable to another mutually agreeable date of service.  If cancelled without a reschedule, deposit is non refundable.
